William B. Fryer
Mr. Fryer is a 1971 graduate of the College of Arts & Sciences (B.A.) and a 1974 graduate of the School of Law (J.D.) of the University of Virginia.
He practiced law as a partner of the law firm, King & Spalding LLP, for over 35 years.
He currently is a founding principal of Iron Tree Capital, LLC, an Atlanta, Georgia based real estate private equity firm.
At the University of Virginia, he serves as chair of the University’s Council of Foundations of which he has been a member since its inception as the Council of Chairs, and is both a trustee of the Law School Foundation and a trustee emeritus of the College Foundation (Arts & Sciences).
