Wallace Stettinius
Commemoration of our History

Wallace Stettinius is a senior executive fellow on the faculty of the VCU School of Business.  He teaches strategy on both the undergraduate and graduate levels, participates in numerous executive education programs, and teaches the “Nonprofit Learning Point” strategic management course.  He holds B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Virginia.  Stettinius is the retired CEO of Cadmus Communications, with 37 years of distinguished corporate leadership with the company.  Long a student of the art and discipline of strategic management, Stettinius brought his forward thinking and dynamic leadership style to managing effective organizations in the charitable sector.  Stettinius has challenged nonprofit leaders to adopt leadership strategies, business planning and a culture of learning to the work of serving the common good.   An active board volunteer throughout his business career, Stettinius has become a trusted advisor, teacher and mentor to many area nonprofit organizations. Stettinius is a former chairman of The Community Foundation and served on its board from 1986 - 1995.  Wally will lead the ENLP session on strategic thinking and provide individual consultation to each ENLP participant.
